the breakfast provided excellent value with a wide range of choices i found the cooked breakfast flexible for example i could swap mushrooms for hash browns the rooms were spacious clean and well serviced a coffee machine and bottled water were available i thought the grounds were fine with well-kept gardens. staff were friendly and helpful they accommodated my request for a socket adapter for chargers i found free parking very convenient the location is close to several destinations in the cotswolds.

I found the room somewhat disappointing. The small double room was not well kept. there were stains on the carpet, and the furniture showed clear signs of wear. it didn't feel particularly clean, a letdown.
