charming stay
wide range spacious room well-kept garden
the breakfast provided excellent value with a wide range of choices i found the cooked breakfast flexible for example i could swap mushrooms for hash browns the rooms were spacious clean and well serviced a coffee machine and bottled water were available i thought the grounds were fine with well-kept gardens. staff were friendly and helpful they accommodated my request for a socket adapter for chargers i found free parking very convenient the location is close to several destinations in the cotswolds.

cozy rooms excellent dinner adequate buffet
the bedroom had very cozy, large rooms. the evening meal tasted excellent. breakfast included a fresh dish in addition to the adequate buffet.
i noticed slight creaking floorboards. i woke up a couple of times thinking someone entered our room.

the staff were helpful (especially when i asked for extra towels).
I found the room somewhat disappointing. The small double room was not well kept. there were stains on the carpet, and the furniture showed clear signs of wear. it didn't feel particularly clean, a letdown.

the hotel provides a serene atmosphere i found solace in the high-quality services the staff was friendly and helpful. i enjoyed locally sourced produce at the restaurant i relished every bite the setting was romantic. i would return for a getaway.
the spa treatments are at an additional cost, unexpected.

helpful planner happy manager amazing venue
hallie, the wedding planner, was so helpful, she was quietly beside us for every decision. jack, the bar manager, was ever so happy. all our guests told me how amazing the venue, food, and accommodations were.
the lady at reception were not cute at all.
